Changed your mind after ordering? No problem.

After you have received the Witch by Nature product(s) you can send them back. Please send an email to info@witchbynature.com within 14 days after you have received your order. Please make sure the products are not opened or used and please take care of them when they are still in your possession. The shipping cost with a track and trace number will be for your own responsibility. When the products are received and still in excellent state your money will be reimbursed within 15 days.

Please follow below steps:

1. Send an email to info@witchbynature.com with your request to return the goods with your order number, name and address.

2. Pack the products carefully and protected so they can arrive without any damaging back to us.

3. Please send your track& trace number to info@witchbynature.com

4. After we have received the return parcel in good condition, your money will be reimbursed on the bank account you have payed your order with.
